Release date and unlock times
The worldwide unlock is 2026-10-21 at 22:00 UTC. Tokyo, Beijing, and Berlin show October 22 because that is the same instant in those time zones. SEGA said selected regions would read as October 22.
At 14:48 UTC on October 21, standard release was still ahead. Steam lists release timestamp 1792620000; the table converts that scheduled instant, not a witnessed unlock.

Why some pages say October 22
GPTRACK50 and the Sega Japan release both say selected regions fall on October 22 because of time zones. Japan’s boxed date is October 22, 2026. Korea’s official page also shows 10/22. None of those posts describe a delay.
