Spoilers. A trophy says you bite KOM and turn Julia back into a human. A community guide describes two KOM fights, the first one short and in a wheelchair. Polygon describes a forced five-boss rush before the ending. Dialogue and a “true ending” are not confirmed.

What is confirmed
100% Guides lists a story trophy tying a bite on KOM to Julia becoming human again. This supports that outcome, but does not document the final scene or explain how her restoration happens.
The Thumb Wars describes an early wheelchair encounter and another KOM fight later. Polygon reports a late boss rush requiring five separate runs. These reports do not establish the precise order of the final scenes or a hidden-ending route.
