All 11 styles
The publisher lists Zombie plus ten monster forms, for 11 total, in its June 10 Steam announcement. Defeat elite monsters and consume their cores to gain powers. Skill names below are from The Thumb Wars, not an official skill manual.
All form names are supported by the official announcement. The skill checklist is attributed to its original guide author and has not been independently tested in-game.
Community skill names
Use the role column to pick a form. Treat the skill column as a checklist to verify in your own menu. If a name does not appear on your screen, the guide is wrong, not your save.

Choosing a style
There is no verified damage ranking here. Based on the guide descriptions, Werewolf favors mobile melee, Harpy favors flight, Lich offers summons, and Golem trades mobility for heavy attacks. Choose for the encounter rather than treating this checklist as a tier list.
Body Hack and Davy Burst
Styles are not the only build. Body Hack replaces body parts with Overtech and changes stats plus active and passive skills. Davy Burst raises everything for a short rewrite of the fight. Both are in the demo, so you can see them before you buy.
